Since 2001, Manoir Industries has hired more than 1,000 people in all services and has constantly promoted metal processing know-how in partnership with schools and universities. With the support of local partners, an apprenticeship policy has been set up to initiate the young in the metal processing professions and to develop training with professional certificates (professional foundry certificate, diplomas of superior design of industrial product engineering and mechanical and robotic engineering). Supervised by skilled tutors throughout the apprenticeship, Manoir is proud to share the passion driven by this industrial corporation.
Manoir focuses its policy on developing the full potential of its team: that’s why a multi-year training plan covers more than two thirds of the workforce. A career management policy is operational with yearly interviews to evaluate performance and build training plans in order to thrive in the Manoir group.
